• 2 years as a clinical trial monitor in Contract Research Organisations (Innovex, PharmaPart);
• 6 years working in research and clinical development for a biotechnology company (PPL Therapeutics Limited).
  

Her role within Consolida is to manage and execute projects involving the commercialisation of innovative biomedical and healthcare products, which includes conducting detailed technical assessments, systematic searches for scientific literature and competitive intelligence, and synthesising concise reports intended for audiences of varied backgrounds. Gill is particularly skilled at communicating with academic researchers, business leaders, technical experts and clinical opinion leaders to assimilate the information crucial to develop well-informed commercialisation strategies. Gill is also adept at assessing potential regulatory hurdles, developing appropriate strategies to address these hurdles and presenting these to diverse audiences. Following critical analysis of the assembled data, she distils the findings into concise technical reports suitable for presentation to potential investors for clients ranging from academic and research institutions to established life science companies.
